TELONE were on Monday night expected to open a new chapter by parting ways with coach Saul Chaminuka.

Although nothing official was released, indications are that there is a strong chance Joel Luphahla could be the replacement.

Luphahla recently left FC Platinum in what the club described as a ‘mutual agreement’.

TelOne, who are in the relegation zone in the bottom four, are eager to try and escape the chop.

If Luphahla goes on to take over the job, he will become the third coach this season to be in charge.

Chaminuka took over from Herbert Maruwa, but little has changed at the Midlands side.

  1. There we go again! Like prostitutes, coaches are constantly recycled in our football. The wise say the height of stupidity is repeating the same thing, the same way so many times and expect different results.
