There was a heavy Jordanian security presence around the US embassy in Amman on Thursday as protesters gathered.
Roads leading up to the embassy were blocked off as protesters arrived on foot, some calling for the US and Israeli embassies in the country to be closed.There have also been clashes in the West Bank city of Bethlehem between protesters and Israeli forces. Munitions are fired in Bethlehem as protests break out over President Trump’s decision to to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital – CNN
