Brig-Gen Hungwe dies

BRIGADIER-GENERAL (Retired) Jonathan Willie Hungwe

BRIGADIER-GENERAL (Retired) Jonathan Willie Hungwe has died.

He died at G and N Clinic in Rutenga last Friday.

A statement from the Zimbabwe National Army said Commander ZNA Lieutenant-General Asher Walter Tapfumanei was “saddened to announce the untimely death of Brigadier-General (Retired) Jonathan Willie Hungwe”.

A funeral parade in his honour will be held at Headquarters 4 Infantry Brigade in Masvingo today.

Mourners are gathered at Subdivision 3 Arco Ranch, Mwenezi.

Burial arrangements will be announced in due course.
