seeking a protection order.
Jeffrey told the court that his brother bars his children from using the toilet.
Their parents died and left behind a three-roomed house in Mufakose.
Jeffrey shares one room with his four children while his brother uses the rest.
Paul has since switched off water and electricity to his sibling’s room prompting him to seek a protection order.
Magistrate Mr Milton Serima ordered the two to summon their other two siblings and register their parents’ estate as soon as possible to avoid any further problems.
“You are busy fighting for an unregistered estate and maybe neither of you will be appointed administrator of the estate,” said Mr Serima.
“Both of you might end up out of the house if one of your siblings who might be appointed administrator wishes to stay there.”
Mr Serima issued a reciprocal peace order.
He ordered the two to be at peace with each other and refrain from physically and verbally abusing each other.
