A BULAWAYO young writer Sibusisiwe Vundla has unveiled her Christian based book, Unleashing Mental power with overcoming Faith, which has already received rave reviews.

Vundla (21), who is preparing to do her Chemical Engineering degree in Malaysia unveiled the book at Harvest House International Church in the city recently.

After reading the book, Mthandazo Dube said the book showed that Vundla is an affinity writer and the brainpower of the 21st century, whose modus operandi is to re-invent hope to both affluent and rudimentary societies. In the book, she also gives her background in her school days at Usher High School, where she explicitly spoke about her masochism and metaphysics which strengthened her.

“As an ardent reader after you have read page 63 of the book, you will have these components; never give up, humble yourself, and disassociate yourself from retrogressive people. Imagine the global village without a writer. What kind of world would it be? A writer is the pen visionary whose purpose is to show you the real world. Writing is a perpetual art, one which images are created via language in order for the reader to make meaning. And writing is not merely going on a shopping expedition across the border to unreal land, it takes hours and years spent in the factories and the streets and the cathedrals of the imagination.”

Unleashing Mental power with overcoming Faith is a motivational book that prepares readers for the future and equips them with what is needed mentally and spiritually to pull through hardships.

Vundla did her primary education at Johannesburg Polytech Institute in South Africa and Nyamande Primary School Zimbabwe. She then did her secondary schooling at Usher High School.
