BUFFALOES picked their first set of maximum points at home this season when they edged Harare City at Sakubva yesterday in a PSL match.

Going into Match Day 11, the struggling Mutare side had never won at home.

Buffaloes striker Lloyd Katongomara pounced on a loose ball from just outside the box in the 36th minute to give the home team the lead. Admire Dzumbunu doubled Buffaloes’ advantege in the 62 minute, connecting a Kudzai Mangondo cross.

The Sunshine boys pulled one back, nine minutes from time through Crispen Dickson.
