BULAWAYO residents can expect another cold winter morning followed by a sunny and pleasant afternoon on Wednesday, according to weather forecasting service AccuWeather.

AccuWeather is forecasting a maximum temperature of 24°C and a minimum of 0°C, with plenty of sunshine expected throughout the day. The dry conditions are expected to persist, with no significant chance of rainfall.

The forecast suggests residents should brace for freezing conditions during the early morning hours before temperatures gradually rise to a comfortable 24°C by the afternoon. Motorists are also advised to exercise caution during the early morning due to the cold conditions, while those heading outdoors are encouraged to dress warmly.

The sunny weather is expected to provide favourable conditions for outdoor activities, travel and construction work, with the city continuing to experience typical winter weather characterised by crisp mornings, mild afternoons and clear skies.

AccuWeather’s extended outlook indicates that the dry winter conditions are likely to continue over the coming days, with daytime temperatures remaining in the low to mid-20s Celsius and chilly nights persisting.
