“I am special, I am precious, I am the future of Bulawayo!”

These words echoed through the air as children, beneficiaries of the Zimpapers Children’s Christmas party, gathered at Kings Kraal in Bulawayo yesterday. The event was hosted in partnership with the Mayor’s Christmas Cheer Fund.

The festive celebration was a resounding success, filled with laughter, joy, and plenty of holiday cheer. Children and adults alike enjoyed a delicious lunch, engaged in fun games, bounced on inflatable castles, and danced to upbeat music.

Mayor David Coltart emphasised the importance of nurturing the city’s youth, stating that the children are the future of Bulawayo.
