The Grammy-award-winning singer turned 32 on Sunday.
In a video shared online, Burna Boy’s mother, along with seemingly some family members and fans, appeared on stage to surprise the singer.
The joyous moment captured Burna Boy dancing in excitement as his family serenaded him with a birthday song.
The Grammy award winner also gave a shout-out to his fan base in the Netherlands after a stage performance in front of a packed auditorium.
He had tweeted a few hours earlier, “Midnight of the 2nd, doing what I love, Headlining a festival In front of 45,000 amazing people. I wouldn’t have it any other way Thank you, Love, Damini.”
The talented artist was treated to a surprise birthday party by his mother, and his crew, during his record-breaking performance in the Netherlands, leaving both the musician and the audience filled with happiness
The BET award winner recently returned from Portugal after completing his successful tour with the Afronation Portugal 2023 where he shared the stage with many other successful African artists.
Before the tour, he also announced that one of his tracks had turned platinum in the United Kingdom.
