Nkosizile Ndlovu
a?Sex in the bush was never meant for humans but animals only.a?
If you still have not subscribed to that saying please get contact details of Thandekile Ndlovu and her boyfriend Maxwell Nyoni, a couple that was busted sharing the forbidden fruit in the bush by an a?innovativea? man who later forced them to surrender their phones so he wouldnat report them to the police.
The a?bush sexa? transpired in the morning of 17 June where the complainant Thandekile was walking with her boyfriend along a bushy area at West Park Cemetery.
The bush connects Northend suburb and Mzilikazi where the complainant resides.
It is said on the fateful day, the complainantas boyfriend requested to have sexual intercourse in the bush and the complainant obliged.
Naturally, the couple allegedly kissed, touched and caressed before undressing and a?getting it ona?.
While they were at it, the accused person, Forget Dube (49, ABOVE) suddenly arrived and commanded the two love birds to dress up as he wanted to escort them to the police station for undermining the law as they had harassed him by arousing him as well.
The complainant and her boyfriend allegedly begged the accused not to take them to the police station.
The accused later understood and demanded $40 from the a?humiliateda? couple but they did not have the money and they pledged to give him three cellphones with a total value of $75.
The accused person allegedly took the cellphones and ordered the two to go and never look back before vanishing into the bush.
After the unfortunate incident the couple came to their senses and proceeded to Mzilikazi Police Station to report the mater.
The accused was traced and arrested on the day and all the cellphones were recovered.
For the offence the accused was brought before the Bulawayo magistrate Charity Maphosa charged with a crime of C/S 134 of the Criminal law Codification and Reform Act Chapter 9;23.
He, however, had his gods to thank after the matter was withdrawn before plea as the complainant dropped the charges saying the accused had apologised.
a?He has acknowledged that what he did is wrong. I have forgiven him because he apologised,a? Thandekile said.
