AFTER serving in the Zimbabwe Republic Police with distinction mostly dealing with serious crimes, the Business Against Crime Forum of Zimbabwe (BACFOZ) has paid a glowing tribute to former acting Officer Commanding CID property sections in Bulawayo.
In a letter of appreciation, BACFOZ paid tribute to former Detective Chief Inspector Manuel Justen who served in ZRP for 29 years mostly in the criminal investigations department.
“On behalf of the executive committee, the dedicated members of ZRP BACFOZ Bulawayo suburban District, and the entire community of Bulawayo, I write this letter with a profound sense of gratitude and deep respect for your outstanding service and unwavering commitment to upholding justice and the rule of law. You led from the front as the Officer in Charge CID Homicide and as the Acting Officer Commanding property sections in Bulawayo,” said BACFOZ.
BACFOZ applauded Justen for his exceptional leadership skills and commitment to combating crime.
“As you embark on a new chapter in your illustrious career after an exceptional tenure spanning 29 years, with an impressive 27 years working under the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and serving the community of Bulawayo for close to three decades, we wish to extend our heartfelt thanks for your exemplary leadership skills, tireless efforts, and invaluable dedication in combating serious crimes that ranged from armed robbery, attempted murder to murder,” said the BACFOZ.
BCFOZ added “As you transition to new horizons in the private sector, we want to express our deepest appreciation for your service, your sacrifices, and your selfless dedication to the safety and well-being of our community. Your legacy will endure as a testament to your integrity, diligence, and unwavering commitment to upholding the law.”
