Business school for SMEs to promote entrepreneurship

The Small to Medium Enterprises Business School and Pitch Challenge has been set up to equip entrepreneurs with essential

skills in finance, marketing, operations and digital transformation.

Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Minister Monica Mutsvangwa is set to headline the

inaugural edition of the event in Harare tomorrow.

Vision 2030 Movement is spearheading the initiative which seeks to transform the economy through sustainable development,

innovation and entrepreneurship.

The movement’s director of communication, Mr Luckson Zambuko said 100 top entrepreneurs will attend the event, adding

that it will also be held in all the country’s provinces.

“This event starts in Harare and cascades to all provinces. It seeks to empower and equip entrepreneurs with the skills and

resources necessary to succeed in a dynamic business environment.

“We will have key speakers from Government, the private sector and entrepreneurs, among others,” he said.
