Byo pool players carry their cue sticks to Fast Cash

SINK the blackball and earn the ticket to represent Bulawayo at the forthcoming Carling Black Label national pool finals!

That will be the story of the day as Nkulumane’s Fast Cash plays host to the second City of Kings and Queens Carling Black Label provincial finals where a number billiards specialists will seek to outdo each other.

The national finals will be played at Zimbabwe International Trade Fair’s (ZITF) Hall One.

Last weekend, the first provincial final was held at Golden Pillars where seasoned Stephen Paswani, Norman Moyo, Sindiso Sibanda and Vigilant Ndlovu managed to get their nation final berths in the men’s category.

In the ladies grouping, Thandekile Sibanda, Aldred Nogate Ndlovu, Robyn Nikiforos and Plaxedes Musoveri progressed to the pending national finals.

“It’s all systems go for our second provincial final. We are expecting to have a fun filled day. We have encouraged all the participants to compete in good spirit,” said Bulawayo Provincial Pool Association (BPPA) marketing and publicity officer Osbrne –Wells Dziko.
