CAPS Utd player ordered to pay US$70

Caps United star midfielder Charles Mukanhairi was on Wednesday ordered to pay $70 a month for the upkeep of a child he sired with girlfriend Thelma Batsiao.
Batsiao was claiming US$250 for the upkeep of their two-year-old child.
“The respondent is ordered to pay a sum of US$70 per month for the upkeep of their two-year-old child starting from June 30,” ruled the magistrate Ms Gamuchirai Siwardi.

Mukanhairi was last week summoned to the Harare Civil Court by Batsiao who claimed he neglected his child.
She claimed the footballer earned between US$600 and US$700 a month, which the player disputed.

Batsiao also told the court she was a hairdresser who earned US$5 a day.
roke down the US$250 she was demanding as follows: US$50 for groceries, US$70 for clothes, US$30 for medication and US$50 for rentals.
She told the court that she was a hairdresser who earned US$5 a day.

Mukanhairi had offered to pay US$40 a month citing other responsibilities.
He said he earned US$300 a month.
