Sadc to hold double troika meeting

PRINCIPALS to the Global Political Agreement are heading for Angola after Sadc made last minute changes to its Friday summit and decided to hold a double troika meeting in Luanda.
Initially, the Angola summit was supposed to be an extraordinary summit for heads of state and government only.
