CBZ Bank has unveiled its Gateway City housing project in Mutare, which is offering affordable residential stands to prospective homeowners.
In a statement, the bank said: “The project is part of many other housing initiatives that CBZ Holdings is implementing, in an effort to complement the Government’s bid to reduce Zimbabwe’s housing backlog.
“The residential stands are fully serviced and are ready for title deeds, meaning that asset security is guaranteed, with no chances of purchasing double allocated land.”
The bank said the project is geared towards creating a dynamic and vibrant community by providing a range of amenities and services tailored to meet the needs of the residents.
Gateway City is located about seven kilometres south-east of Mutare’s central business district.
CBZ is offering the residential stands of up to 2 200 square metres, at US$22 per square metre, before value added tax.
Said the bank: “This is an ideal mix of affordable and private residences for aspiring homeowners.
“As part of the project, CBZ Bank is offering housing loans that are tailored to the needs of the customer to provide a convenient and cost-effective way to finance the purchase of residential stands.”
