FORMER Buffaloes and Young Warriors centre back Liberty Chakoroma could need more time to make a huge impact in the ABSA Premiership but the former Buffaloes and Young Warriors centre back is settling well.
Chakaroma faced challenges at ABSA Premiership side Amatuks after some changes in the team’s technical department almost resulted him in being offloaded.
However he managed to retain his place in teh team.In an interview from his base in South African this week, Meya, who is popularly known as Hwetu is soccer circles in Mutare, confirmed the development.
“Yes, he had faced some challenges after some changes in the team’s technical department almost resulted him in being offloaded. However, we managed to find common ground with the new technical department,” said Hwetu.
Chakoroma finally secured his long cherished dream of crossing the mighty Limpopo to join ABSA Premiership outfit Free State Stars, thanks to tireless efforts of his manager James Lunga Meya.
Chakoroma was part of coach Calisto Pasuwa’s exciting Young Warriors that turned themselves into gallant troops capable of restoring national pride in our junior national team.
