Champion college

CHAMPION College started with one person in Harare Gardens and now it has more than 200 students.

It has, indeed, been a long way for Champion College, which stated in Harare Gardens but it has now become one of the reputable private colleges producing excellent results.

Champion College is now the talk of town as it provides a very strong and permanent academic foundation to a solid base for a successful high school career. Our motto as Champion College is ‘Where Success Is Guaranteed,” simply because we provide the relevant support, to enable our learners to achieve high-flying results.

At Champion College we are deeply concerned with positive results and, to achieve this, we first of all identify learning challenges in individuals.

These are then dealt with before real teaching commences.

This is made possible by our maintenance of low teacher to learner ratio to achieve the best results.

All this is done with the full blessing of parents or guardians.

The low teacher to student ratio actually enables the learning facilitators or classroom practitioners to have enough time to address learning challenges and then devise ways and means to come up with the most effective way to address such learning challenges.

Parents and guardians are given feedback by individual classroom practitioners on a monthly basis.

This is done to promote a healthy working relationship between the school and our most valued parents/guardians for the sole benefit of our valued learners.

Our classroom practitioners receive all the relevant and maximum support in executing their duties by the college managing director, operations director, principal and headmaster, not forgetting the full-time administrative staff.

Our executive and teaching teams always ensure that learning takes place and is conducted according to the set ministry quality standards.

The aspiring scientists are rest assured of quality standards of science learning. Science practicals are carried out in the state-of-the-art modem laboratory.

Champion College highly encourages interaction between classroom practitioners, parents and learners in order to achieve the intended goals of success. This means that consultation dates are an important part of the academic calendar.

A consultation day accords parents and tutors an opportunity to discuss learner’s achievements as well as challenges.

We are also unique in that we follow an open-door policy that allows our highly esteemed parents to visit the school at any time to discuss matters concerning their children’s welfare, progress behaviour, attendance and so on.

We also maintain a regular update to students/learners.

As Champion College, we charge affordable fees, and offer flexible fees and flexible fee payment system.

Champion College doesn’t discriminate learners by giving entrance tests and screening tests.

We simply embrace all learners and then embark on intensive programme of remedial work.

When registering Form Ones, we simply ask for Grade 7 original slip and birth certificate.

All this is made possible by highly qualified and experienced tutors.

The school environment is quite conducive for learning as it is situated in noise-free CBD.

We also offer sports and other extra-curricular activities.

Evening and weekend classes are also on offer. Holiday lessons are available during the months of April, August and December.
