Chapman hosts Charity Golf Day

The annual tournament is expected to raise US$30 000 for the replacement of old stoves and other equipment for the rehabilitation centre’s kitchen.
The rehabilitation centre also wants to buy new equipment for its therapy departments.
The format of the game will be four-ball stableford and will see Delta Beverages chipping in with their Pilsener brand.
A St Giles newsletter said the centre was looking forward to replacing its old stoves.
“We are also aiming at purchasing equipment for our therapy departments in our continuous efforts to update our treatment facilities.
“The catering division, which caters for the children’s hostel, has been in existence for more than 40 years and the equipment is in great need of repairs.
“We urge both individuals and companies to donate in cash or kind.
“It will go a long way by helping the needy and their participation will be welcome,” read the newsletter.
