A CHEEKY man, serving a community service sentence at Chinhoyi Magistrates’ Court, found himself in the dock, for forging a court order.

Brian Chidoma Mandala, 27, of Mpata Section in Chinhoyi, appeared before Chinhoyi magistrate, Rumbidzai Tshuma, who remanded him in custody to today.

Prosecutor Clever Nyapfani told the court that on October 11, at Chinhoyi Magistrates’ Court, Mandala was ordered to clean the provincial head’s office, as part of his community service sentence.

He hatched a plan to forge a court order.

Mandala wrote an order and stamped it with the provincial head’s stamp.

Mandala was once married to Eunice Milanzi and they divorced.

On October 12, 2022, around 7am, Mandala left the forged order with Shamiso Emisipo, since Milanzi was not available.
