CHEEKY PEEPING TOM DEMANDS SEX

A PEEPING Tom who had advanced his bad behaviour to forcing women to have sex with him has made life difficult for his married neighbour who now lives in fear of being raped.

According to Senoritha Nonhlanhla Simao, Elton Magagula of Lynnhurst Flats at 8th Avenue and Samuel Parirenyatwa Street in the Bulawayo city centre, who has all along been peeping through windows while women are bathing, started demanding to sleep with her.

Magagula recently showed up naked at Simaoas house holding a knife with the intention of forcing her to have sex with him.

a?He came to my door holding a huge knife wearing boxer shorts only. He started knocking violently with his knife trying to force himself into the house but luckily the door was locked and he could not get inside,a? said Simao.

According to Simao, Magagula started stalking her in the afternoon when she was coming from church and later came to her house.

a?I found him sitting on the staircase that leads to my door. When I tried to pass he blocked my way. I asked him what he wanted from me and he told me that he wanted to have sex right there,a? she said.

When Simao declined his request and threatened to call the police, Magagula is said to have started getting violent and chased after Simao who managed to escape with her children.

a?I managed to get away from him and got into my house but five minutes later he showed up and tried to break in,a? Simao added.

Simao approached Bulawayo magistrate Sheunesu Matova applying for a peace order in a bid to seek protection.

a?Your worship, Iam afraid he might end up raping me or kids in the building,a? she said.

In his defence Magagula denied the accusations and told the court that he never stalked or demanded sex from Simao.

Matova granted the peace order and advised Magagula to stay away from Simao.

a?Mr Magagula I advise you to stay away from your neighbour because you will end up doing something that will land you in prison,a? Matova said.
