Unanswered questions from Stunnersa�� interview

On Monday, the erudite Ruvheneko Parirenyatwa scored a major coup on Monday when she got an interview with Stunner, the man of the moment on the Zimbabwean showbiz scene.

The rapper and his tumultuous union with Olinda Chapel has been the object of much speculation over the past week, with Zimbabweans tweeting or posting about their troubled marriage at breakneck speed over the past week on social media.

As people tried to make head or tail of the saga, Ruvheneko managed to pin down the rapper for an interview that was supposed to reveal his side of the story.

While the rapper shed many insights, some questions remained unanswered from the whole fiasco which seems far from over.

Who sold him out?

The rapper pointed out that Olinda had been misinformed by someone in his inner circle. This came after his disgruntled wife had also pointed out in a post on Friday that she had acted on information from an ill-intentioned source. In the interview with Ruvheneko Stunner said that they still did not know who had sold him out to his firebrand wife, thus leading some to question who exactly was the snitch in Stunnera��s inner circle.

How long have Stunner and Olinda known each other?

a�?You guys have known me for 15 years and I have known my wife for like a year,a�? said the rapper to a sceptical Ruvheneko. Stunnera��s account of the length of time that the two have known each other seems to contradict what has been previously known about the couple. According to media reports when the rapper paid lobola for Olinda last year in April, Stunner had proposed to her in January, thus making it unlikely that the two had known each other for a short space of time before he popped the question.

What is happening between Stunner and Pokello?

Despite disputing assertions that Olinda was a breadwinner at their home by sarcastically saying a�?bread is only a dollar,a�? the wordsmith acknowledged that his wife brings home the liona��s share of the money made in the Chideme household. Having asserted that he is one of the better off rappers in Zimbabwe in the past few years, it remains to be seen whether the faA�ade of affluence that he created will last, as many begin to question whether the rapper has the riches that he has always portrayed himself as having. .
