Chief Justice Luke Malaba arrives to open 2025 Legal Year in Bulawayo

PROCEEDINGS have commenced for the 2025 legal year opening with Bulawayo on Monday hosting for the first time the main event.
The event started with the arrival of Chief Justice Luke Malaba.

It is the first time for Bulawayo to host the Chief Justice in the opening of the legal year in line with the policy of devolution of Government services.

Judges, lawyers, and service chiefs are part of the delegates who have part in today’s proceedings.
Chief Justice Malaba is expected to give direction for the 2025 legal year, while also reflecting on the operations of the country’s justice system in the past year.
