Chinhoyi Caves come to Harare Entertainment Reporter

bar resembles the stones and bushy environment that is typical of a cave.
The set-up is aimed at giving one the impression that they are enjoying themselves while ensconced in a cave.
It captures a rustic and traditional feel in which the cave serves a number of utility purposes among them providing shelter, comfort as well as a place where some occasions are held.
“The idea of Mubako Bar came about with the aim of giving patrons quality entertainment by going back to the ancient way of entertainment whereby people could drink in caves.
“The idea is to give people a form of entertainment they have never seen before.
“It is designed in the form of the Chinhoyi Caves, and the DJ box has been placed at an angle that is also interesting. We also decided to add to the effects by making a design that looks like the sunrise while the braai area is located on a balcony where people can enjoy fresh air while having their braai,” said Templeman, a spokesperson for City Sports Bar.
Mubako Bar was created after renovations that occurred at the joint to introduce the new look.
The new bar will be officially opened tomorrow with a beach party at City Sports Bar.
Meanwhile, man of the moment Peter Moyo and Romeo Gasa will partner for a show at Holly’s Hotel in Harare tomorrow.
The two artistes are some of the young crop of artistes who are holding their own in music circles.
Peter will then head to Richwood Paraplegic Centre for a family fun day with fellow musician Suluman Chimbetu and Sister Jean, on Sunday afternoon.
The family show starts at 12 midday and ends late.
