Choppies: Getting it right

In a front page story published in The Chronicle yesterday, we erroneously referred to Bulawayo businessman Raj Modi as a former business partner of Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko in Choppies Supermarkets. It has since been pointed out to us that Modi sold assets to Choppies, in which the Vice President holds shares, and has no business relationship with VP Mphoko.
The error is sincerely regretted.
