Chris Brown and Drake squashed their beef for a second time.
Last year the two briefly reunited but fell out again after Drake and Rihanna rekindled their short lived romance.
But now that Drizzy and RiRi have broken up, the Toronto rapper reunited with his old buddy who happens to be Rihanna’s abusive ex-boyfriend.
Both Chris Brown and Drake were snapped in the studio earlier this week. Sources close to YMCMB told Urban Islandz that a new collaborative single has been in the making for months now but production halted due to Chris Brown spending time behind bars and rehab.
“The track has been in production from last year but they (Chris Brown and Drake) came together to show some unity and lay down some new verse in the studio,” the source told us.
“It’s going to be a big record. These are two of the most talented guys in the business right now and Wayne spoke with both of them and told them to release the joint,” the source added.
The source also told us that there could be a few subliminal shots at Rihanna in the single.
In the summer of 2012 Chris Brown and Drake brawled at a nightclub in New York City resulting in a bloodbath.
Both hip-hop stars blamed each other for inciting the fight. – Urban Islandz.
