Residents and motorists in Bulawayo will no longer be able to access the City Hall car park without prepaid parking discs, following a new directive by the local authority.

In a public notice issued by the Bulawayo City Council through the town clerk, Mr Christopher Dube the directive comes into effect April 1, 2026.

Entry into the City Hall car park will only be granted to vehicles displaying valid prepaid parking discs.

The discs, which apply to all vehicles, are being sold at the Revenue Hall licensing counters at a cost of US$19.
