Zifa acting chief executive Jonathan Mashingaidze said the football association has engaged the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe to try and secure the landing rights for the islanders.
Mashingaidze said the visitors would waste no time as they will go for a training session at Rufaro in the afternoon.
“According to the last communication we had with them, they indicated that they will be arriving on Saturday morning.
“They said they are coming on a chartered flight and we have tried to secure the necessary landing rights for them from our civil aviation authorities.
“So we expect them to arrive around 7.30am and they have indicated that they will be going for training at the match venue in the afternoon,” said Mashingaidze.
The Mighty Bulls are taking on fellow debutants in the first leg and will hope to secure a healthy advantage in the first leg.
Motor Action have been in training for their plunge into the African Safari since January 4 and have used the Warriors’ CHAN squad and the Under-23 as sparring partners.
The Mighty Bulls started by training once in the morning but the side has now gone a gear up by having two sessions a day.
Indications are that the islanders will arrive with a delegation of 33 people and are scheduled to leave immediately after their game at Rufaro on Sunday.
Cnap Sports are virtually unknown but Motor Action should be drawing confidence from compatriots Lengthens who prevailed over AS Adema of Madagascar in the preliminary round of the Caf Confederations Cup last year.-Herald Sports
