ZANU PF is implementing and completing projects that were started by the late Cde Biggie Joel Matiza in Murehwa South constituency with the community hailing the party for delivering on its promises.

Last week the Murehwa community received a clinic which is one among many other community projects that the late former Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Development was carrying in his constituency.

During his tenure in Government under President Mnangagwa’s administration, the late Minister Matiza pushed for the rehabilitation of roads in the country using local resources and entrusted local companies to undertake the work.

This is still being felt in Murehwa where locals built the clinic and are also in the process of rehabilitating roads that were damaged by the heavy rains that were received across the country.

Speaking during the handover of cement bags at Chamapango clinic by the Matiza family, Councillor Chinake thanked Matiza’s elder son Batsirai for spearheading the completion of the projects.

“We are happy with the development we are seeing. The Matiza family is completing what was started by grandmother and their father.

“This is a good move because this clinic (Chamapango) will help a lot of people in this area.

“The late Matiza’s legacy is being upheld by the family and want to thank you (Matiza’s eldest son Batsirai) and your family for helping this community.

“These projects are in line with President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s 2030 vision,” he said.

Zanu PF youth chair for Chamapango district Jane Dzaramba said the party projects are helping the youths as they are getting employed.

“We are happy as youths we have find something to do and these projects will help a lot of people in this community. The party through the Matiza family is doing a good job to this community.”

Tendai Mudzingwa who is the coordinator of the project said people in the area are delighted with the project.

The family of the late minister on behalf of Zanu PF are completing projects which include clinics, borehole drilling, construction of schools and the electrification of the constituency.
