adminI would like to appeal to the Premier Soccer League and Zifa boards to let boys and girls who are Under-15 years of age get into stadiums free of charge. With this I think we will be able to see or realise our future good players in the next five years. We will be taking away crime from the communities. Children watch actions they don’t listen to words and this will be another avenue of talent discovery.
How many times do we see kids guarding cars outside the stadium because they cannot afford to pay at the gates?
Football talent is a superior degree of those abilities which have a high performance and social significance within a particular culture. Not all boys and girls will be going in for free into the stadium but those registered in the junior league can use their licenses to get into the stadium. So please Mr Kenny Ndebele and Jonathan Mashingaidze take this issue to your respective boards.
Fair Play
For what Caps United did on the last game of the 2013 league season against Harare City ,don’t you think they deserve to be honoured with some sort of medal for displaying fair play?
With that I can see Caps United’s big supporter based here in Bulawayo Danmore Zingwe dressed in all green outfit jumping and singing “Kepekepe, Bhora.”

The base of winning tactics
The foundation of successful tactics includes the following.
• Players’ knowledge and experience in the application of individual, group and team tactics.
• Basic tactical training at youth level is essential
• Diversified and complete ball technique that is capable of answering any tactical task during the possession phase.
• Excellent ability to perform moves such as direction change, side turns, running backwards running stop- and- go jumps dives and any combination of such movements.
• Sustaining efforts of intensive tactical runs comprising and accumulated match distance of 8-15 km and repeated sprints strength power tasks.
• Competency when distinguishing between the need for simple play combinations e.g one touch play simple tactical solutions.
• Coaches’ practice of imposing simplicity into their teams play concept by restricting players to only one or two touch football clashes with the increased complexity of advanced football.
• Rigid restrictions such as the one touch football only deprived a players football brain from delivering correct tactical answers whenever simple football is not possible.
• From small games to the full size formation the focus should be on improving players responsibilities and efforts in both attack and defence phases.
It is that the inherited attributes identified in the players game mentality as expressed in the manner they approached play be considered in developing new tactics for example using the abilities of players to execute surprising short passes and dribbling in attack could lead to more innovative and affective tactics for penetration through central zone of defence this shows the potential for tactical development and should inspire coaches to create new tactical solutions.
