SHE has the skill to thrill but can also kill!

A military trained wife allegedly beats up her police officer husband constantly reminding him that she is a trained killer.

Martha Mtetwa whose rank in the army was not mentioned in court constantly beats up her husband Onwell Mtetwa who has lost his a?manlinessa? in the process.

a?I am legally married to Martha and she has gone violent. She beats me continually not only with fists but with weapons too, the latest being on 28 June when she found a photo of a woman in the house which she falsely claimed was of my girlfriend.

a?She is employed by the Zimbabwe National Army and whenever she beats me up she would be saying she is trained to kill. She further said even if I got injured nothing will happen to her because she is protected by her bosses.

a?I want this court to grant an order that allows us to briefly separate from each other. She can go and stay at her workplace and leave me behind at my workplace at Fairbridge Camp where we currently stay together,a? Onwell said in court.

Onwell narrated his ordeal before Bulawayo magistrate Manasa Musiiwa sitting at the Bulawayo Civil Court.

OnwellA sought a protection order against his wife. He further said at one time his wife doused him with petrol before she attempted to set him alight adding that Martha was also invading his privacy by allegedly snooping on his cellphone.

In response, Martha defended her violent actions saying her husband was offending her with his infidelity.

a?The reason why we are having problems is that he is bringing home photos of his girlfriends. He also wants his girlfriends to get into the house and that is the reason why he wants us to separate,a? she said.

In his ruling, the magistrate however, ordered the couple not to physically, emotionally, psychologically and economically abuse or threaten each other in any way that can disturb their peace.
