Vice President Kembo Mohadi this morning chaired the meeting of the inter-ministerial taskforce on the Covid-19 pandemic with Zimbabweans largely responding positively to the calls to stay at home.

Permanent secretary in the Ministry of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Mr Nick Mangwana confirmed the meeting on his Twitter handle this morning.

“VP Mohadi chairing the #Covid19Zim Task Force this morning. Generally, Zimbabweans have positively responded to the #ZimLockdown but there are a few people loitering here and there.

“If we have a successful Day1 then the rest will be a success,” Mr Mangwana said.
