Croco Motors embarks on farmers’ vehicle programme

Agricultural show, Croco Motors customer care manager Mr Garikai Kurangwa said the company has partnered with BancABC and a regional financier African Century to assist farmers purchase vehicles from the company.

“Croco Motors has partnered with BancABC and African Century and these two financiers are ready to finance farmers who are willing to buy vehicles from Croco Motors,” he said. He said in terms of the initiative farmers can acquire farming vehicles and make payments over 24 to 36 months after making an initial deposit of 30 percent. Mr Kurangwa said the financiers would carry out a background check on the customer and then advise Croco Motors. He said the company has embarked on an initiative to bring back commercial value by introducing a Croco commercial department that caters for farmers by selling farming trucks. The department supplies buses and tractors.

Croco Nissan provides SUVs and pick up trucks which can be used by farmers.
“Our economy is agro-based so we have introduced an agro-sense in our business whereby we accommodate the needs of farmers and assist them to purchase farming equipment in instalments.”
