“Crystal Meth dealer” Pigors to languish in jail

SUSPECTED drug-lord Pigors Tyron Siegfried, is set to languish in jail, after a Bulawayo magistrate denied him bail on Tuesday afternoon.
Siegfried is facing charges of illegal possession of 1, 26 kgs of crystal meth, with a street value of US$6 000.
Bulawayo magistrate Mr Maxwell Ncube denied the 39-year-old Siegfried bail citing that he is a flight risk given the gravity of the case.
Mr Ncube remanded Siegfried in custody to 25 March for routine remand.
Siegfried was arrested following an operation by detectives from the CID Drugs and Narcotics Section.
Siegfried is being represented by Mr Innocent Rujeko Mafirakureva of Moyo & Nyoni Legal Practitioners.
Prosecuting, Mufaro Ndirayire said police pounced on Siegfried at his home in Matsheumhlope suburb after surveillance on him since February.
Acting on gathered information, detectives raided Siegfried’s home and found drugs stashed in two small boxes, a safe and a large metal trunk in his bedroom.
Police also seized measuring scales used for packaging the drugs.
