Dancehall chanter Poptain celebrates life

ZIM dancehall chanter Poptain, who has been battling depression, is on the road to recovery and ready to rumble again.

His management team said the Fadza Mutengi singer was ready to rock his fans.

And, the versatile chanter, is now in a better space again, after rehabilitation.

As part of his healing process, Poptain released a single titled “Celebrate Life” on Monday.

The song features Princo Spice, April and Flunky B.

UK-based producer, Jusa Dementor, spiced up the single.

Poptain, who always sends a powerful message to his fans through his lyrics, said:

“The song is a motivation for the youths to celebrate life every day and to take chances and opportunities head on.

“The song is an anthem for the ghetto youths.

“It also marks my breakthrough and it’s a big blow to my rivals and competitors since it’s international.”

Poptain is also set to release yet another song today, titled ‘Tshirt Chena,’ which is about being smart.

It will be accompanied by visuals.

He said more projects are in the pipeline before the year ends.
