A number of companies have come on board to support the biggest paralympic sporting event in the country which continues to grow from strength to strength.
First Lady, Amai Grace Mugabe, is expected to officially open the Games.
Last year Amai Mugabe paid tribute to friends of the Danhiko Project, partners and well-wishers for their unwavering support for the institution which celebrated its Silver Jubilee.
Touched by the high turnout of people with disabilities and the overwhelming response by well-wishers and partners of Danhiko, Amai Mugabe burst into song, a church hymn ‘this is the day that the Lord has made’ and sang for a few minutes.
Amai Mugabe said the unity among friends of Danhiko, well-wishers, partners and the Danhiko community helped overcome the economic challenges that bedevilled the country without disrupting services and operations at Danhiko, including the Games.
