A HARARE man has riled his neighbour by burying the carcass of his dog in her yard.

Shuvai Makunyinde successfully applied for a peace order against Bernard Ndiro at the Harare Civil Court, yesterday.

“Firstly, he harvested all my sweet potatoes and put them in a bucket that l brought before the court as evidence.

“As if that was not enough, he went on to bury his dead dog in my garden.

“When I confronted him, he insulted me.

“He also assaulted my 32-year-old epileptic son, and ever since the attack, he has been peeing on himself,” said Shuvai.

Bernard was not in court to defend himself and a default judgment was granted.
