Death in fight over cigarette lighter

B-Metro Reporter

A PETTY argument over a cigarette lighter turned fatal when Revai Guri (38) allegedly buried an axe into his co-worker’s skull at a Nyapundo Village farm on 17 April.

Jao Antonio Pangurai (23) never saw it coming. What started as playful banter spiraled into bloodshed.
“One minute they were joking, next minute blood was on the soil,” a stunned co-worker told B-Metro.

Guri is now on the run, and the police have issued a statement urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to step forward.
