DYNAMOS chairman, Moses Maunganidze, says returning to Rufaro remains one of their priorities.
Maunganidze rose to the helm of the executive after the club parted ways with Isaiah Mupfurutsa.
“We have a number of projects we intend to embark on,” said Maunganidze.
“We have to monetise our brand as Dynamos. The club should be self sustainable.
“We are fortunate that Sakunda came in and created an awesome environment for us.
“But, we have to think outside the box and grow our brand, adding value to whatever our partners have added.
“So, the idea is to have a model that will suit that desire and vision.
“One of the top priorities is to go back to Rufaro. “We were hoping to go back as soon as possible, but we will have to liaise with the responsible authorities.”
Maunganidze said he wants long-lasting solutions rather than just quick and short-term interventions. He believes the major thrust is investing in the right human capital development.
“It’s the time to have the role to give direction and decisions that set a time line and pathway for long-lasting solutions.
“Everyone wants a winning Dynamos and we can only dream of that by having a rich recruitment, which is based on the right skills, attitude and deliverance.
“That makes our thrust as a club to invest in human capital development, which will make everyone’s job easier.
“With that we hope, the results will come on the field of play,” he said.
Dynamos officially announced Herbert Marowa as their head coach yesterday.
“Dynamos Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of a new technical team for the 2023 season.
“The club has with immediate effect appointed Herbert Marowa as head coach of the senior team.
“His assistants will be announced in due course. The club would like to wish Marowa success in his new placement.”
