Deputy Minister Mnangagwa convenes MICE Masterclass

Tourism and Hospitality Industry deputy Minister Tongai Mnangagwa has arrived at the Zimbabwe Exhibition Centre to officiate at the Zimbabwe MICE Masterclass.

He represents Tourism Minister Barbara Rwodzi.

The MICE Masterclass is the first on the annual 17th edition of Sanganai/Hlanganani World Tourism Expo programme.

Delegates include tourism operators, Government departments, local authorities, corporates, academia, media and representatives from other countries that are set to exhibit at the event.

The annual expo takes place at the Zimbabwe Exhibition Centre and will run until Saturday.

MICE is a type of travel business that involves Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions, being implemented by the tourism sector as a strategy and remedies that has potential to turnaround the country’s tourism industry.
