FORMER Lady Squanda’s manager, Trust “DJ Sparks” Nyatsanga, has ventured into acting.

DJ Sparks, who served the self-proclaimed dancehall nurse as both manager and wheel-spinner, said he decided to venture into acting in a bid to expand his fan base.

He recently produced a drama series titled Ngozi Yebenzi.

“I am not new in the entertainment sector as you know I worked with Lady Squanda for a long time.

“Something happened and we parted ways but we still talk.

“I won hearts of many when I was spinning decks and now I have ventured into acting.

“I believe I will continue to win hearts of many with my new hustle,” he said.

The entertainer also told this publication that he recently dropped the drama Ngozi Yebenzi.

“The drama encourages people to work hard rather than to get wealthy cheaply,by using juju.

“We have seen that the young generation does not want to work.

“They are contacting sangomas, who are giving them goblins, kuwana mari at the expense of lives and other rituals.

“In this drama, a married man raped a mental person before killing her.

“The spirit of the mentally-challenged woman started to haunt the family.

“Basically, I am encouraging people to work with their own hands rather than to get easy money at the expense of precious lives.

Kuromba vanhu ngavasiye kunopedza dzinza and bring cases of ngozi,” he said.

DJ Sparks told this publication that he travelled to different places, through music, and managed to interact with several people.

“Through music, I met many people with different backgrounds, languages and cultures.

“It’s better to enjoy the fruits of your sweat rather than kuromba.

“You will be inviting problems not only to yourself but to the whole family and clan as a whole,” he said.

DJ Sparks has worked with Naiza on the drama Ndururani Murestaurant and Misodzi Yehurombwa.

He also worked with Matsanga on the drama Ndofira Iwe.
