South Africa-based DJ Zandimaz who is leading the Roil Bulawayo Arts Awards (BAA) nominees list with three nominations is set to rock crowds at the RoilBAA Celebrate show.
The show that is meant to celebrate the BAA winners will be held at BAC Leisure starting in the afternoon. DJ Zandimaz will share the decks with DJ Prince Eskhosini, DJ Nitefreak, Crazy Dee, DJ Mzoe and DJ Eugey.
DJ Zandimaz who is behind the Ngisemathandweni hit is basking in the glory of the success of her Ngifuna Wena track featuring Nutty O and Mafikizolo songstress Nhlanhla Nciza.
Speaking to Chronicle Showbiz, the DJ who is also set to grace the BAA awards ceremony at the Large City Hall said her fans should expect fireworks.
“I promise to bring my A-game on Saturday. The decks will be on fire as I’ll churn out my hits and those of other artistes. The event will spice up the festive vibe that has already gripped Bulawayo,” said DJ Zandimaz.
She went on to say that she is hoping to clinch an award as she is nominated in the Outstanding Kwaito/House/Gqom Act, Outstanding Song of The Year and Outstanding female artiste of the year categories. – @mthabisi_mthire
