WANGU MAZODZE owner, Richard Mazodze, is an ANGRY man.
He has been unleashing his fury on Mutare City chairman, Onismo Nyikadzino.
Mazodze is accusing Nyikadzino of trying to discredit his team with unsubstantiated accusations that they are buying their way into the PSL.
The flamboyant Masvingo side have emerged as early favourites to win the ZIFA Eastern Region Division One Soccer League title this season.
H-Metro is in possession of an explosive five-minute audio which was sent to Nyikadzino by Mazodze.
He claimed that the least paid player at Wangu Mazodze pockets US$720 monthly, including the incentives.
“Chairman, you’re the reason your team is performing badly, you insult the people in the Eastern Region, the referees, the referees’ coordinator and you’re trying to make yourself a clown by destroying your brand.
“How is that going to help your team?
“You don’t invest, you don’t put money in football for your boys to do well and you use primary school buses when travelling with your boys for your away matches.
“Your players will be reading, ‘I’m a girl’, ‘I’m a boy’, ‘Where are my toys?’ and ‘Mom I need my porridge,’ while some of us we invest in luxury buses where our players have access to the bathroom, WiFi, fridge and air-condition,” said Mazodze.

He described Nyikadzino as a little man, who is short-sighted and doesn’t realise that football has evolved.
Mazodze warned that should Nyikadzino continue with his “childish behaviour,” he is going to embark on a project to get him fired.
“Teams that have resources do well,” he said.
“It’s so shocking that little boys like you believe that you can just have boys playing for you to be happy without investing.
“We don’t have any business with the match officials, the referee you are talking about, you’re just trying to destroy someone’s career.
“We don’t even care who they are but we respect them as humans who are doing their work.
“Our matches are posted on our Facebook page, we don’t have the same referees in our matches and if you continue with this behaviour, I will start another project to get you out of football.
“I’m not in your class, I’m not your age mate, your players are just too old to play football.
“Our players stay at our club house and each member in our camp has six pairs of our kits which they take home and your players exchange jerseys and you still expect good results.
“Invest in football then you will be successful, stop complaining about match officials, if your team is good, it will win.
“Your players are working elsewhere unlike ours who are dedicated to playing for Wangu Mazodze, the difference is there for everyone to see.
“Sooner or later, you’re going to force me to react because I’m also a human being.”
Wangu Mazodze are in control of the league race as they are unbeaten in their first five games.
Mutare City are on 10 points just three off the leaders.
