SID, whose real name is Sidney Esiri, says he is putting all that behind him, starting with a public apology to his fans and anyone else he let down. SID took to his Twitter page to give a rather lengthy apology speech.
“As a lot of people know, 2012 was an eventful year, the Mo’ Hits break-up came as a shock and disappointment to many of you and myself, a lot has been said and not said but for the fans who believed in M’o Hits I sincerely apologise for letting you down.
“I’m not a controversial person and for being involved in leaked conversations and various rants, I have let down not just myself but my fans as well”, he said.
“I’m an artiste whose passion is making music, and performing for my fans and that’s what I want 2013 to be about. I want to apologise to anyone who I may have offended knowingly or unknowingly. I’m an emotional person who is very passionate about his beliefs and if in anyway my passion comes across as arrogant please forgive me,” he continued. He also announces he will be releasing new music soon and gives a shoutout to his Mavin Records label mates.
“Moving on it’s a New Year and I want to thank u all for supporting me and believing in me. I love you guys and you mean the world to me.
