The voluptuous model will feature in the film alongside Munyaradzi Chidzonga, Kenyan Sheila Kwamboka and South African Presley Chweneyagae in her debut appearance on the big screen.
But for Dube the role is no big challenge as she has a wealth of experience in theatre.
Miss True Africa Queen sales and marketing manager Tendai Chemhuru said they were pleased that Dube was selected to feature in the movie.
“Usually women with full figures are overlooked in such initiatives but we are happy that she is part of the cast,” she said.
Dube was crowned Miss Biggy Matofotofo which has since been rebranded to Miss True African Queen, a contest which has spread to other countries like Malawi, Tanzania and Botswana.
She is expected to do her best especially with support of veteran screen actors like Chweneyagae, a top South African actor famed for his role in the award-winning film Tsotsi.
Chweneyagae plays the role of a South African hitman in “The Gentleman”, a film co-produced by Joe Njagu and Lilian Chidavaenzi.
Also included on the cast are Elijah Madzikatire and Precious Makuluma, who played Ntokozo in the popular soap Amakorokoza.
