HARARE giants Dynamos’ fans based in Manicaland will meet to reinvigorate their structures in the province at Afripot Sports Bar next Saturday.
The meeting starts at 1pm.
In a statement, Dynamos DeMbare Supporters Association Manicaland Chapter said all bona-fide Dynamos supporters were welcome.
“We will have a meeting at Afripot Sports Bar in Mutare on Saturday August 23, 2014.
“We were supposed to have this meeting on August 16, 2014 but owing to logistical challenges we were forced to postpone it.
“This is an important meeting where we hope to reinvigorate our structures in Manicaland as well as ensure that we do not have discord in our operations.
“It is also important to note that we value all contributions from all bona-fide Dynamos supporters hence this meeting is open to all genuine Dynamos supporters.
“Dynamos is a big team and we sincerely hope that our attendance will bear evidence of this reality,” reads part of the statement from the Dynamos DeMbare Supporters Association Manicaland Chapter.
Arguably the country’s biggest football club in history, Dynamos have managed to attract huge numbers of supporters wherever they play across the country.
In Manicaland, the team used to have vibrant supporters’ structures until recently when a splinter group was formed by greedy individuals bent on ripping off unsuspecting fans.
