THE Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education has started validating the Gender Audit and Social Inclusion Report.
In a statement on Thursday, the ministry said it was working in collaboration with the Education Coalition of Zimbabwe (ECOZI), which is spearheading the validation
The initiative brings together key stakeholders to review and validate the report’s findings and recommendations.
“The validation process features a diverse range of participants, including provincial education representatives, who bring regional insights and perspectives, line ministries contributing expertise and experience from relevant government departments,” said the ministry.
“Other stakeholders are teachers’ unions and non-governmental organisations that provide civil society perspectives and expertise.
“This validation process aims to promote Inclusivity, foster a more inclusive education system that addresses the needs of all learners, inform policy and programming decisions with evidence-based recommendations and enhance equity in education outcomes for all students. This initiative underscores a commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable education system.”
