DStv Rangers coach Elvis “Chuchu” Chiweshe feels his side will get it right soon and start playing close to their potential in the World Navi Northern Region Division One championship.
The former Dynamos mentor saw his team being held to a frustrating goalless draw by Karoi United in their latest encounter at Chikangwe.
“We started from the ground but I am seeing a lot of positives in each passing game.
“We could have won most of the games which we drew, but we are not having the cutting edge (in attack) and once we get the three points, the players will grow in confidence to win games. I have had to build a new team and I am very happy with the progress made so far. We had to start with team building then focus on players understanding what we want to do and all this need time.
“Every coach has his own philosophy and there is something that I am trying to implement which I believe will work to our advantage.” Several players, who were with the team last season, have joined other teams but Chiweshe has faith in those playing for the club today.
“I have faith in the players who are doing duty for me as they are capable of beating any team on their day,” said Chiweshe.
