A young entrepreneur says he is humbled by his nomination for the Africa Young Talent Achievers Awards.

Columbustine Mandizvidza, 23, who runs an advertising agency, will be among other young achievers from the African continent at the awards set for Accra, Ghana, in March.

Mandizvidza was nominated under the category of Entrepreneur of the Year.

“I aim to reach the greatest of my potential, inspire young people from Wedza where I come from, and contribute to national growth and prosperity. We will rise and we will shine.

“I am excited to have been nominated alongside other young game changers across Africa,” said Mandizvidza.

Apart from being an entrepreneur, Columbustine is an events director, creative brand and a young advocate.

“I am into events, project development management, advertising, entertainment and mixed media. I also founded the trendsetting world company Kaycarian and the Southern Africa Hip HOP Awards.”

He has several awards to his name such as the DStv Eutelsat Star Award in 2017 and the SADC Developmental Award in the same year.

He won The Tesem Challenge in 2019 and received the Devolution Champaign Award in 2021.
