Messrs Kudzai Sadomba and Tumai Mahari, who have a vision for the computer industry, have come up with a new internet web page that enables individuals to create their own websites to catch up with fast changing technological advancements, an official has revealed.
Their company Sadomba-Mahari Technologies, is co-owned by the two entrepreneurs with a vision for the computer industry.
In an interview, Mr Sadomba said the idea to design such a web page was inspired by the ever-growing number of opportunities offered on the Internet.
“There is so much more one can do on the Internet. Mahari and I have also added our mark to the Internet. We have added our own line of work which enables individuals who visit our website to create their own website and have their own advertising opportunities on the Internet,” he said.
Mr Sadomba said Sadomba-Mahari’s webpage, Webcreate, is an indigenous web page and allows Zimbabweans to also make their mark on the Internet.
“The company is interested in helping new and existing organisations in their information technology. Small companies who are planning to grow big through world wide marketing and big companies that do not have much information on the Internet,” he said.
Mr Sadomba said this website would allow general Internet users to add information on their web page as well as advertise their products.
Mr Sadomba said: “We came up as runners-up in the ZOL start up challenge in August and this made us realise that information technology is being embraced by most companies as they are fast becoming technologically advanced with most of the machinery which they use.
“We also make a login port which enables individuals to add information to a web page and advertise new products.
“The new website gives value in empowering businesses to empower themselves worldwide with a professional web presence,” said Mr Sadomba.
Products which are also on offer are graphic designing development, interactive, web commerce and mobile phone websites is set on the map to be functional.
